Then in the heat of the day we came inside and worked on Stuff for the Fiber Festival. I made rope crosses for those who donate over $50.00 to the scholarship fund. While Mom worked on what she called her masterpiece of a surprize for me. I guess I better start at the beginning ... Back when I ordered my banner I picked up a free smaller banner. It didn't cost anything because they were running a special at the time and didn't make my shipping and handling go up so Mom and I took time to pick up the small banner with, what Mom called, a really cute picture on it. It is just Me and Ranger. I don't know why by Mom loved the picture and wanted the banner. So I let her have her way. When Ranger pasted away I didn't think I would ever use it and that it was a waste of a free banner. Then today during our time inside, Mom locked herself in the fiber room and when she came out she had this to show me....
After that Mom found a flea. Now that might not mean much to some people but to Mom it means time to salt the house and bathe the animals. Yes, I know we bathed them yesterday. Mom only used dish soap and bathed them again after she salted the house and stripped the covers off the furniture and washed it. She took rugs out to bang and kind of went crazy cleaning. While she was cleaning she figured out her digital picture frame was unplugged. So she figured since she hadn't put any pictures on it since 2008 she would refresh it and get it going again. While she was doing that she found some really cool pictures that she kept making me look at so I thought I would post some here.
Hope you enjoyed the blast from the past .... I think the pictures are great and there were so many more but Mom put them all on her digital photo frame and we get to enjoy them everyday from 3 to 6
