I made up my mind!

2/16/2012

Well, today when I got up I still wasn't in a very good mood.  I tried not to think of what happened yesterday.  The more I tried to not think about it the more I had to because more chicks are hatching.  The more that hatched the more I thought about it and my mood got worse and worse.  That is when Mom kind of got mad at me.  She said that it happened and you can't change it so I might as well get over it.  She told me only I can control my mood.  No one or no thing can do it for me.  I had a choice to make.  I could be in a good mood or I could be in a bad mood.
I thought she was crazy!  But on the other hand you guys haven't seen Mom when she has had enough of something.  And trust me I knew she had had enough of my bad mood.  So instead of getting in deeper with Mom I decided to try it.  I made up my mind that I was in a good mood.  Then the Mail came.  There was nothing in the mail for anyone else but me.  Ms. Nancy had sent me a box of sweaters.  I got to work and cut off the sleeves and worked on getting slits in them for leg holes.  Trust me the work better then the blankets Mom made that were to big.  A BIG THANK-YOU TO MS. NANCY!!!!  YYYEEEAAHHHH!!
She also sent Mom a blanket for the shelter dogs but that is another story ...  LOL
As the day went on it got better and pretty soon I wasn't even upset anymore.  Dogs will be Dogs and City Dogs don't make good country Dogs ... It isn't the Dogs fault it is just the way it is.

Mom wanted me to add a little note here because she says she thinks one of you is guilty... I told her she could do it but she says no that this note will do just fine.  The note is as follows:
To whom ever sent the Garden Bon Bons from Cherry Moon Farms with the little note attached Thank you so much and they will be planted soon in a special place ...

You're quite welcome RJ, I'm glad the sweaters will help keep the lambs warm until spring gets here.
