As for Sage, We are still holding out hope. Yesterday we noticed her fleece falling out by the handfuls. She isn't eating or drinking well, and she is just laying around. I just want to remind everyone that Sage is 9 years old. She was bought coming through the sale barn for slaughter because of her age. We had hoped for Babies last year but didn't get them. We are very thankful for Little Cheyenne as she may very well be Sage's last Baby.
Now for the new things to keep an eye on. First, Dimples is in the barn. So what? Well, it means she is showing signs of birthing. Her bag is forming and she is as big as a house if you see her laying down and she is swollen a bit. All that put together means we are watching close and some time soon we should have Angora Goat kids on the place this year.
The other thing is that my cam is up and running and I can watch the lambs from any computer in the house. There was a program for viewing the cams and it says you can access it remotely making it available online. The problem is that Mom isn't having any luck getting it online. She says if there is an remote access for Dumbies book out there she should have bought it. On the off hand that there is someone out there that is reading this ... Does anyone know of simple software that Mom can use to get access???
Also Just as a Teaser ... Tomorrow I will be posting some more footage of the lambs ... You should see how big they are getting...
