Living in the country we are used to city folk driving by and dumping all kinds of things at our place. There are the unwanted Cat that has kittens and the dogs that are from the litter people didn't want. We try our best to find homes for them all and we even keep a few. That is how we got Hank the Cowdog and two of our best barn cats. Today, however, is that last straw for Mom. She is a bit upset with a dumped Rogue Rooster. I don't understand why people do these kind of things. Do they think that because I do the community coop and show poultry that I am suppose to deal with every unwanted chicken. If we just leave it be there are two ending. First that Rooster will get beat up by my Roosters, or if by some chance he gets the better of my roosters they will get beat up and cost me alot. Neither will be good. Mom says if we can't catch him tonight he will be dropped where he is and we will have chicken and noodles tomorrow. Poor Bird, but what else can we do?
