Days fly by!!

7/5/2011

Man am I having a hard time keeping up.  First the 4th of July was great.  Okay, so we had it on Sunday the 3rd but I am glad we did.  We had Kenny's family over and we roped and played all day and shot off fireworks all night.  We even went to town and watched a big show at dusk.  Then the 4th I spent the night at Kenny's house and we went to his Grandma's house and had more fun, food and shot off more fireworks.  The only bad part is that Dad got called in both days and Mom had to work the shelter.  Sometimes I don't like that my parents have to work when other parents are off but Mom says that if she didn't go in other at the shelter would have to.  She is fast and can get everything done faster and better then those who don't work everyday so she goes in so they can have the holidays off.  Nice for them and Nice of her,  sometimes not so nice for me.  Oh well.  Tonight I had another interview with FarmTalk.  When the lady that did the first interview took in the artical about me the Editor said I was "so much more then just the goats" so he sent her back to do a story about me.  The whole me ... my goats, sheep, horse, the chickens, the community coop ... Everything.  I can't wait to read it and see what I look like to the world around me ... Will it be good, will it be weird,  or will I sound just plain stupid???

I think it's gonna be great! I hope you'll share the interview with us when it's published.

I don't know if it will be posted on the web but Mom says if enough people want to see it she might scan it in and post it on my page.

Sweetie, there is NO way you're going to come off stupid. And who do you know who's normal?? The article's going to be great - don't fret so much!

Thanks Melissa I hope you are right but not everyone agrees with our way of living so they might not think the way you do ... I have decided it is better to be me then to spend time worrying about how everyone else sees me ... (okay Mom helped me see that but still I saw it)
