Anyway, At retreat we Took in a baseball game but not until after we visited the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial and ate a good meal at El Pueblito Mexican Restaurant. The Memorial was pretty cool. I liked the big tree the best but it is sad that the event even had to happen. All those kids dead for nothing. And all those workers too. It makes no sense. At El Pueblito's I had the best Tacos. The baseball game was boring after the first inning. The Oklahoma City RedHawks lost to the Memphis Redbirds 14 to 1. After the game it was pretty cool though because we met Ross Wolf one of the relief pitchers for the OK City RedHawks. He signed my Mitt and everything. After the game it was late so we went to the hotel and just hung out and played cards.
The next day we spent all our time at Frontier City. We all had fun, ate Braum's on the way home and got in late. I had a great time but I was glad to be back home with my Sheep and Goats. I sometimes wish I didn't have to ever leave but I sure enjoy being gone.
Today things are back to normal. Mom and I worked the shelter and then came home and cleaned out all the water troths. This afternoon I will be working all the goats and sheep to check feet and navels as well as check their eyes to see if they are wormy.
